Our professional in-house design team can create a dynamic design for that unique and distinctive look that will set you apart both on and off track from everyone else. Creating a new brand identity for an individual driver or race team is our specialty. From adding logos, change of colors to any of our existing designs, from a sketch or image you provide or by simply providing a few ideas on colors or a theme, we will bring your vision to life.

To order a custom kart design just follow these simple steps.

1. Send us your inquiry via email, fax, mail or call us on our toll free number at 1-866-325-0663 to discuss. Provide us with any ideas that you may already have laid out, what look you wish to achieve and these will be the base for your new design. Files can be sent to email info.thedecalzone@gmail.com.

2. We will need the following information from you:
- Style of bodywork or kart the design is to fit (if unsure we can help you identify this)
- Provide any logos, names, numbers or sponsors required. NOTE: All logos and files are to be supplied in either .eps/ .pdf/ .ai or .cdr (vector format). Files that are .jpg or any other bitmap files are not acceptable. A set-up fee will be charged for any logo recreation and may affect the turn around time.

If you are not sure where to begin we have a large range of online designs which can be used as inspiration to creating your new custom kit. Or simply give us the opportunity and free reign to come up with a unique design just for you. NOTE: Please ensure all details are correct at time of purchase as custom kits cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.

3. Upon receipt and review of all the details a quote for your custom design fee will processed. When payment is received the order is then placed into design to be done by expert design team based on all the information supplied. When ready the design will be
sent via email for review. If additional changes are needed we can modify the design to your requirements as well as provide you with our design expertise if required.

Should you also need extras to match the kart design , such as tank, floortray, chainguard, MyChron, kart stand or any other accessories, they can be added to your design order. Designs are revised based on your feedback until it is approved by you and your satisfied with the overall layout.

4. Once approval of the design has been received, a complete order is processed and sent for confirmation. Payment will be required prior to any items being produced.

Payments are accepeted by credit/debit card, e-transfer, cheque, bank transfer and PayPal. All details will be sent along with the final order confirmation. Upon receipt of full payment the order will be placed into production to be completed and estimate time for delivery will be provided. Should you need delivery of your order urgently the above process must still be followed but it will be placed on a priority for printing.

5. Upon completion your order will be sent to the delivery address supplied via courier service. All tracking details will also be provided via email for your reference should any issues arise with the delivery.
