All orders are completed within 14 business days upon receipt except orders received on Friday after 6:00 pm EST as well as on holidays or weekends. These orders will be processed on the next available business day and completed within 14 business days of that date.
The Decal Zone accepts both Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also have available the PayPal payment system which also includes American Express processing. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We use only bank-approved encryption and security features. Your credit card information is never stored on this site and never re-used automatically for another transaction. It is provided to your credit card issuer only for confirmation of the transaction and never shared with any other organization.
In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order, Canadian Money Order or Bank Draft. Checks will be accepted on orders however they will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we process and ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 15-25 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
The Decal Zone charges sales tax for products ordered on site based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped to in Canada. Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on all orders. Products being shipped to locations in Ontario will be charged 8% PST (Provincial Sales Tax) in addition to GST and added to all orders. Sales tax not applicable on U.S. orders.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.
