Orders

Ordering online with us is safe and secure! All prices quoted are in U.S. Dollars and do not include applicable sales tax or delivery. All orders will be shipped via Courier or Standard Post and all charges are extra. All orders are completed within 14 business days upon receipt except orders received on Friday after 6:00 pm EST as well as on holidays or weekends. These orders will be processed on the next available business day and completed within 14 business days of that date.

The Decal Zone accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards, debit cards, e-transfers, check and bank transfers. We also have available the PayPal payment system for those who chose to use this alternative. We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure. We use only bank-approved encryption and security features. Your credit card information is never stored on this site and never re-used automatically for another transaction. It is provided to your credit card issuer only for confirmation of the transaction and never shared with any other organization.

In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order, Canadian Money Order or Bank Draft. Checks will be accepted on orders however they will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we process and ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 15-25 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

When you place an order to purchase a product from The Decal Zone, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Sales Tax

The Decal Zone charges sales tax for products ordered on site based on the applicable combined federal and provincial sales tax rate of the location to which the order is being shipped to in Canada. Goods & Services Tax (GST) of 5% will be charged on all orders. Products being shipped to locations in Ontario will be charged 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) and added to all orders. Local sales tax not applicable on International orders.

Shipping Information

Shipping charges are calculated on a per-order basis. We do our best to ship orders within 14 business days upon receipt except orders received on Friday after 6:00 pm EST as well as on holidays or weekends. These orders will be processed on the next available business day and are counted as 14 business days from that date. Our shipping and handling fees are calculated automatically and will be displayed when you go through the checkout process. Delivery charges will be added to your order summary.

International Customers: You are also responsible for any import or customs fees charged by your government in addition to the shipping fees shown. We are unable to predict which shipments will be assessed these fees or the amount of the fee that might be charged.

Returns / Refund Policy

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely new and unused condition for refund.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. We will be operating damage and replacement refunds policy where if the goods are faulty or if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, you will send the goods back to The Decal Zone and we will replace the goods.

The Decal Zone will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

Services and Conditions of Use

As part of our service, we agree to provide you with information and other services that we may decide to offer, subject to the terms of this agreement. Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below. Please note that you will be referred to as 'customer' in this agreement.

The Decal Zone provides access to the The Decal Zone website to sell our products and services to you, subject to the conditions set out on this page. The Decal Zone does not sell products for purchase by children. We sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use The Decal Zone only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Please read these conditions carefully before using The Decal Zone website. By using The Decal Zone website, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions. In addition, when you use any current or future The Decal Zone service, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to that service.

We will do our utmost to ensure that availability of the website will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms & Conditions in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

The Decal Zone reserves the right to refuse access to the website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

You understand that you, and not The Decal Zone, are responsible for all electronic communications and content sent from your computer to us and you must use the website for lawful purposes only.

The Decal Zone’s graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts and service names are the trademarks or trade dress of The Decal Zone. The Decal Zone’s trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not The Decal Zone's, in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among customers, or in any manner that disparages or discredits The Decal Zone.

All other trademarks, company or product logos not owned by The Decal Zone but included on this website are the trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners and are provided as a convenience only for their lawful use, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by The Decal Zone. It is the expressed intent of The Decal Zone that any unauthorized use of the aforementioned items by the purchaser shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Purchase of any product from The Decal Zone is not authorization for the use of any specific logo or trademark. By clicking “Add to Cart” you convey to The Decal Zone you have authority (if need be) to use the artwork.

Copyright Notice

The Decal Zone is the sole owner of any and all designs; artwork and graphics produced by The Decal Zone and reserves all rights. You do not acquire ownership to any design produced by The Decal Zone. The viewing of the designs displayed is for viewing purposes only. No authority is given to any persons or business wishing to reproduce or duplicate any part of any design, templates or styles through any other party in any way shape or form. Design fees are charged based on labor only and do not offer the customer any copyright to that design. Reproduction of any designs, artwork, graphics or templates provided by The Decal Zone will not be tolerated unless produced through The Decal Zone. Such conduct will result in direct breach of copyright protection and will be contested by law. All information, spelling, numbers, ideas supplied must be clear and a 100% accurate were possible. The Decal Zone takes no responsibility for incorrect information.

All logos and files are to be supplied in either .eps, .pdf, .ai or .cdr (vector format with layers intact) .jpg/. jpeg or any other bitmap files are not acceptable images. A set-up fee will be charged for any logo that requires recreation and may affect the turn around time.

The Decal Zone takes no responsibility for the incorrect application of any decal kits, incorrect use or incorrect storage of any supplied products. All The Decal Zone decal kits have been tested and fit the bodywork satisfactorily.

The Decal Zone does not run accounts or offer terms and payment is to be paid in full before production is to begin. All The Decal Zone products carry the The Decal Zone branding on the decal kits.

Once the decal kit is fitted to the kart it is requested that the customer provide a photograph of the kart by itself so it can be added to the The Decal Zone Gallery.

Production lead times are generally 3 -5 days before shipping. For custom orders, production lead times are generally 3-5 days after approval of the design before shipping. However larger orders may vary due to time constraints and other third party delays such as materials, delivery service and software maintenance.

No other third party can be responsible for a redesign unless approved by The Decal Zone in advance.

Before confirming any proof we supply, please be sure to review your proof carefully and confirm that every detail on your proof is correct including wording, dates, spelling, punctuation, capitalization, color choices and layout. Since all computer monitors and devices display color differently, we cannot guarantee print colors will match colors viewed on screen. For these reasons, we do not accept returns based on color nor do we accept returns for approved proof errors.

Comments, Reviews, Communications and Other Content

Users of this website may post reviews, comments and other content; send communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, abusive, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties, or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings, or any form of "spam." You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of any content. The Decal Zone reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit any content.

Because The Decal Zone lists a number of products for sale on the website and hosts many comments, it is not possible for us to be aware of the contents of each comment or review that is displayed. Accordingly, The Decal Zone operates on a "notice and take down" basis.
